3 Ingredient Air Fryer Bagels

Quick and easy air fryer bagels made with just three main ingredients, perfect for busy mornings or a delightful weekend treat.

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 large egg (for egg wash)
  • Optional toppings: Everything Bagel Seasoning, Sesame Seeds, Poppy Seeds
  • 1 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour (if needed)
  • 2 teaspoons gluten-free baking powder (if needed)
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt (for gluten-free)
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (gluten-free)
  • 1 egg white (whisked until frothy)

Instructions

  1. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and kosher salt.
  2. Stir in the Greek yogurt until the mixture is moist but crumbly.
  3. Transfer the dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead until smooth.
  4. Divide the dough into four equal pieces, rolling each into a log and shaping them into circles.
  5. Brush the tops with your egg wash and sprinkle on your favorite toppings.
  6. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F and lightly spray the basket with olive oil.
  7. Air fry the bagels for about 10 minutes, checking for doneness around the 8-9 minute mark.
  8. Let them cool for a few moments before slicing; then enjoy!

Notes

Experiment with toppings and flour types. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days at room temperature or a week in the fridge.
