Fluffy Pancakes

Deliciously fluffy pancakes that are quick to make, perfect for any breakfast occasion.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • Toppings of your choice (fresh fruits, syrup, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl thoroughly.
  2. Whisk together the milk, egg, and melted butter in another bowl until smooth and well-blended.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just mixed—be cautious not to overmix; some lumps are perfectly fine.
  4. Preheat a skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease it with cooking spray or butter.
  5. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
  6. Cook until bubbles appear on the surface, then flip carefully and cook until golden brown on both sides.
  7. Serve warm with your choice of toppings!
