5-Minute Fruit Smoothie Bowl with Greek Yogurt

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/3 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt

  • Granola (for topping)
  • Shredded coconut (for topping)
  • Slivered almonds (for topping)
  • Chopped walnuts (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Chop your banana into 1-inch pieces and freeze them for at least 1-2 hours, or overnight for best texture.
  2. In a food processor, combine the frozen banana, frozen strawberries, frozen pineapple, and vanilla Greek yogurt.
  3. Blend the ingredients for 2-4 minutes, stopping occasionally to scrape down the sides with a spatula.
  4. When the mixture is smooth and creamy, scoop it into individual bowls.
