Avocado Toast with Bacon and Egg

A delicious blend of crispy bacon, creamy avocado, and fried egg on toasted bread, perfect for brunch or a quick meal.

  • 2 slices of sturdy bread
  • 2 slices of crispy bacon
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: red pepper flakes, lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Add the bacon and cook until crispy. Remove from the pan and let drain on paper towels.
  2. In the same pan, crack the eggs and fry according to preference, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  3. While the eggs are cooking, toast the bread slices until golden brown.
  4. In a bowl, mash the ripe avocado with salt, pepper, and a squeeze of lemon juice (if using).
  5. Spread the mashed avocado generously on each slice of toasted bread.
  6. Top each piece of toast with a fried egg and crispy bacon.
  7. For an extra kick, sprinkle some red pepper flakes on top before serving. Enjoy immediately!
