  • 4 large Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Chives
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika

  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 cup Bell Peppers
  • 1 cup Spinach
  • 1/2 cup Sun-Dried Tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, eggs, and Parmesan cheese. Mix well until everything is blended.
  3. Stir in the fresh chives, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper, ensuring all flavors meld together.
  4. Gently add the drained bell peppers, spinach, and sun-dried tomatoes to the mixture, folding everything carefully.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly across the surface.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and the eggs have set.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before cutting it into squares and serving.

Notes
