Better Than Starbucks Egg Bites

Delicious and customizable egg bites perfect for busy mornings or brunch.

Ingredients

  • 10 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk or cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped vegetables of your choice (bell peppers, tomatoes, onions)
  • 1/2 cup cooked, crumbled bacon or sausage (optional)
  • 1/2 cup chopped turkey (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Non-stick cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Generously spray a muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Chop any vegetables you plan to use. If using bacon, ensure it’s pre-cooked and chopped.
  4. Whisk together the eggs, milk or cream, salt, and pepper until fully combined.
  5. Distribute the chopped veggies, cheese, and any meat into each muffin tin cavity.
  6. Pour or spoon the egg mixture into the muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
  7. Gently stir each muffin cavity with a fork to combine the ingredients.
  8. Bake for 12-18 minutes, or until the eggs are set and golden.
  9. Allow them to cool for a few minutes, then carefully loosen and remove from the tin.
  10. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

For extra fluffiness, whisk eggs until frothy. You can experiment with different cheeses and vegetables.
