Birthday Cake Overnight Oats

A festive and healthy breakfast that captures the joy of cake, perfect for busy mornings or special occasions.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 ½ cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon almond extract
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter or cashew butter (optional)
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 tablespoons sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Combine rolled oats, almond milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla extract, almond extract, and almond butter (if using) in a sealable container.
  2. Stir until all ingredients are mixed well.
  3. Cover the container with a lid and place it in the fridge for a few hours, ideally overnight.
  4. When ready to enjoy, scoop the mixture into jars or bowls.
  5. Add toppings like more sprinkles or fresh fruit, and dig in!

Notes

Keep in the fridge for up to 5 days in an airtight container. Can be served warm, but best enjoyed chilled.
