  • 1 can of refrigerated biscuits
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 cup of shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1 pound of breakfast sausage (cooked and crumbled)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped vegetables (like bell peppers, onions, or spinach)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl until mixed well.
  3. Cut the refrigerated biscuits into quarters and place them in a greased baking dish.
  4. Scatter the cooked sausage over the biscuits, then add any chopped vegetables you are using.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the biscuits and sausage, ensuring everything is well-coated.
  6. Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving warm.

Notes
