Delicious flaky buttermilk biscuits filled with cheddar cheese, savory sausage, and fluffy scrambled eggs, perfect for busy mornings or leisurely brunches.

  • 1 can Southern Homestyle Buttermilk Biscuits
  • 1½ cups mild cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup scrambled eggs
  • 8 precooked sausage links, chopped
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and spray a 12-inch skillet with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Flatten each biscuit to about ⅛-inch thickness; this will create a solid base for your filling.
  3. Fill each biscuit generously with shredded cheese, scrambled eggs, and chopped sausage.
  4. Pinch the edges tightly to seal the fillings inside, then place them seam-side down in the skillet.
  5. Brush the tops with the melted butter mixed with salt for an extra flavor boost.
  6. Bake for 20-23 minutes until they’re golden brown and simply irresistible.
  7. Once baked, brush with any remaining butter and sprinkle with parsley before serving.

Notes

Don’t overstuff the biscuits, and consider adding minced garlic to the butter for extra flavor.
