  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 tablespoons fresh salsa

Instructions

  1. Preheat a cast iron skillet or a heavy-bottomed pan over low-medium heat.
  2. Whisk the eggs in a medium bowl until the yolks are fully blended. Add salt and pepper to taste, then whisk until fluffy.
  3. Add the butter to your preheated skillet, swirling it to coat the surface.
