Breakfast Casserole

A delicious, easy-to-make Breakfast Casserole with layers of crescent rolls, sausage, eggs, and cheese, perfect for family brunch.

  • 1 can crescent rolls
  • 1 pound mild breakfast sausage
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Generously spray a 9×13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the sausage, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess grease.
  4. Spread the crescent rolls evenly across the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  5. Evenly distribute the browned sausage on top of the crescent rolls.
  6. Pour the beaten eggs over the sausage, spreading them evenly.
  7. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the entire dish.
  8. Bake for 30 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.

Notes

Serve with fresh fruit, coffee, or a drizzle of hot sauce for extra flavor. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
