Breakfast Casserole

A hearty and delicious Breakfast Casserole made with crescent rolls, breakfast sausage, eggs, and cheddar cheese, perfect for family gatherings or a quick meal.

  • 1 can crescent rolls
  • 1 pound mild breakfast sausage
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Prepare your baking dish by spraying a 9×13 inch dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the breakfast sausage until it’s fully cooked, then drain any excess grease.
  4. Spread the crescent rolls evenly across the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  5. Layer the cooked sausage over the crescent rolls.
  6. Evenly distribute the beaten eggs over the sausage layer.
  7. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese generously on top.
  8. Place the casserole in the oven and bake for about 30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.

Notes

Feel free to experiment with different types of cheese or swap in turkey sausage for a lighter version.
