Hearty and delicious Breakfast Crunchwraps filled with scrambled eggs, crispy sausage, cheese, and fresh veggies, all wrapped in a golden tortilla.

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup cooked sausage, crumbled
  • 1 cup fresh veggies (like bell peppers, spinach, or tomatoes)
  • 4 large tortillas
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sour cream for serving (optional)
  • Salsa for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and scramble the eggs, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  2. Lay one tortilla flat on a clean surface.
  3. Scoop a portion of the scrambled eggs into the center of the tortilla.
  4. Add the crumbled sausage, shredded cheese, and fresh veggies on top of the eggs.
  5. Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, creating a neat wrap by folding the top and bottom.
  6. Place the wrapped crunchwrap seam-side down in the skillet and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Serve warm with sour cream and salsa for dipping.
