Quick and customizable Breakfast Flatbreads perfect for busy mornings or casual brunches.

Ingredients

  • Flatbreads
  • Eggs
  • Cheese
  • Vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, spinach, tomatoes)
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Lightly brush the flatbreads with olive oil, then warm them in the skillet for 1-2 minutes on each side.
  3. In a bowl, whisk the eggs and season them generously with salt and pepper.
  4. Pour the seasoned eggs onto the warm flatbreads in the skillet.
  5. Add cheese and your choice of vegetables on top.
  6. Cook until the eggs are set and the cheese melts, about 3-4 minutes.
  7. Remove from heat, customize with any additional toppings if desired, and serve warm.

Notes

For fluffier eggs, add a splash of milk or cream while whisking. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
