Hearty Breakfast Bake for a Crowd

A delightful baked breakfast combining eggs, bacon, sausage, cheese, and bread, served with fluffy pancakes and fresh fruits.

  • 8 Eggs
  • 6 slices Bacon
  • 1 lb Sausage
  • 8 slices Bread
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 cups Cheese (shredded)
  • 2 cups Fruits (mixed)
  • 2 cups Pancake mix
  • 1/2 cup Maple syrup
  • 1 cup Vegetables (bell peppers, onions, etc.)
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 1 cup Granola

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Whisk together the eggs and milk in a large mixing bowl until well combined. Set aside.
  3. Scramble the chopped bacon and sausage in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked.
  4. Layer slices of bread in a baking dish and sprinkle cheese generously over the top. Pour the scrambled egg mixture over this layer.
  5. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes until the center is set and the top is golden brown.
  6. Serve alongside pancakes drizzled with maple syrup, fresh fruits, yogurt, and granola.
