Instructions

  1. Cook the Protein: In a medium skillet over medium heat, cook your preferred meat—bacon or sausage—until it’s golden and crispy. Transfer to paper towels to drain and keep warm.
  2. Whisk the Batter: In a bowl, whisk together the pancake mix, milk, and eggs until just blended, avoiding overmixing.
  3. Cook the Pancakes: Heat a non-stick griddle or skillet over medium heat. Add butter, pour in batter (1/4 cup per pancake), and cook until bubbles form; flip and cook until both sides are brown.
