  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • Syrup (for pancakes or waffles)
  • Breakfast meats (bacon or sausage)
  • Fresh vegetables (spinach, bell peppers, etc.)
  • 1 cup Cheese

Instructions

  1. Start by prepping your ingredients: chop your fresh vegetables, measure the flour, and crack the eggs into a bowl.
  2. Mix the flour, sugar, and baking powder in a large bowl. Gradually pour in the milk and whisk until just combined.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat, adding a small amount of butter or oil.
  4. Pour the pancake batter onto the skillet. Cook until bubbles appear on the surface, then flip to brown the other side.
  5. For the omelet, whisk the eggs in a separate bowl, then pour them into the heated skillet. Add your vegetables and cheese, cooking until set.
  6. In another pan, cook your chosen breakfast meats until they reach a crispy perfection.
  7. Serve everything hot and enjoy!
