Hearty breakfast pizza topped with eggs, sausage gravy, cheese, and crispy bacon, all baked on a golden crust.

  • 13.8-ounce tube refrigerated pizza crust
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 8 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • ⅓ cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons salted butter
  • 15-ounce can Libbys Country Sausage Gravy
  • 2 cups shredded Colby jack cheese
  • ½ cup real bacon pieces

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F. Grease a large baking sheet (10″ x 15″) with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Roll out the refrigerated pizza crust onto the baking sheet, stretching it to cover the edges evenly. Brush olive oil over the top and poke it with a fork to prevent bubbling.
  3. Bake the crust for about 7 minutes until it starts to turn light brown.
  4. While the crust is baking, whisk together the eggs, salt, pepper, and milk in a bowl until thoroughly combined.
  5. Melt the butter in a pan over low to medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture and gently scramble until fluffy.
  6. Once the crust is baked, remove it from the oven and spread the sausage gravy evenly over the top.
  7. Layer the scrambled eggs on top of the gravy, then sprinkle the cheese and bacon pieces.
  8. Return the pizza to the oven and bake for another 6-7 minutes, or until everything is warmed through and the cheese has melted.
  9. Slice into 12 portions and serve warm.

Notes

For extra flavor, add chopped bell peppers or onions to the scrambled eggs. Use gluten-free crust for those sensitive to gluten.
