A fun twist on breakfast, this pizza features a crispy crust topped with fluffy scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, and ooey-gooey cheese.

  • 1 pre-made pizza crust
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 4 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 cup diced bell peppers (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl until fully blended.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and pour in the egg mixture.
  4. Gently scramble the eggs until just set but still moist.
  5. Spread the scrambled eggs evenly over the pre-made pizza crust.
  6. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the eggs.
  7. Top with the crumbled bacon and optional diced bell peppers.
  8. Place the pizza in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Remove from the oven, slice, and serve hot.
