Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients: If using fresh fruit, wash and chop it as needed. Frozen fruit is ready to blend right away.
  2. Blend the base: Add the banana, mixed berries, and spinach into your blender.
  3. Add your liquid: Pour in the almond milk to create the perfect smoothie consistency.
  4. Sweeten if desired: If you like it sweeter, drizzle in some honey.
  5. Add chia seeds: Toss in chia seeds for an extra nutritional boost.
  6. Blend until smooth: Blend everything on high until the mixture is creamy and uniform.
