A quick and nutritious overnight oats recipe featuring ripe bananas, brown sugar, and cinnamon, perfect for busy mornings.

  • 4 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 3-4 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 cup mashed banana (about 2 ripe bananas)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 cups milk

Instructions

  1. Combine the rolled oats, chia seeds, brown sugar, mashed bananas, cinnamon, salt, vanilla extract, and milk in a large bowl.
  2. Stir the mixture thoroughly until all the ingredients are well blended.
  3. Cover the bowl with a lid or plastic wrap.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes, or ideally overnight.
