Ingredients

  • Oats (quick or rolled)
  • Eggs

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, milk, baking powder, and salt for pancakes. Grease a hot griddle and pour batter. Cook until bubbly and golden brown.
  2. Whisk eggs until fluffy, stir in cheese and veggies. Cook over medium heat until set for scrambled eggs.
  3. Combine oats with milk or yogurt in a jar, seal, and refrigerate overnight for overnight oats.
  4. Beat eggs with milk, dip bread slices into the mixture, and cook until golden brown for French toast.
