A creamy and satisfying chia pudding that is quick to make and perfect for healthy breakfasts, snacks, or desserts.

  • 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)
  • 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Combine the chia seeds and almond milk in a bowl.
  2. Add maple syrup and vanilla extract for sweetness if desired.
  3. Stir thoroughly until everything is well mixed, ensuring no clumps of chia seeds remain.
  4. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 120 minutes, or overnight for the best results.
  5. Stir again before serving for a smooth consistency.
  6. Serve topped with your choice of fresh fruits and optional nuts or seeds.

Notes

Storage: Leftover chia pudding can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to five days. Stir with a splash of milk if it thickens.
