Chicken and Pasta Bake

A comforting and easy Chicken and Pasta Bake that combines tender pasta, creamy chicken, and cheese, making it perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups uncooked pasta
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, diced
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, diced chicken, cream of chicken soup, milk, and shredded cheese. Stir well until mixed.
  4. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving and enjoy.

Notes

You can customize the dish by swapping out the pasta type or cheese. For leftovers, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
