  • 4 cups waffles, cut into pieces
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish generously to prevent sticking.
  3. Evenly layer the waffle pieces across the bottom of the dish.
  4. Spread the shredded chicken over the waffles, ensuring they are completely covered.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and maple syrup until well combined.
  6. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the chicken and waffles, allowing it to soak in.
  7. Bake in your preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the casserole is set and has turned a golden brown.
