Cinnamon Roll French Toast

A delightful mash-up of cinnamon rolls and French toast, perfect for breakfast or brunch.

  • 6 cinnamon rolls
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Butter for cooking
  • Maple syrup for serving

Instructions

  1. Cut the cinnamon rolls into bite-sized pieces and place them in a mixing bowl.
  2. Whisk eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon together in a separate bowl.
  3. Pour the egg mixture over the cinnamon roll pieces and toss gently to coat.
  4. Heat butter in a skillet and cook the mixture until golden brown, about 5 to 7 minutes.
  5. Drizzle with maple syrup and enjoy!

Notes

Make sure not to cut the cinnamon rolls too small for the right crispness. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
