Instructions

  1. Preheat your skillet over medium heat.
  2. Whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt until fully combined.
  3. Mix the milk, egg, and melted butter until smooth in a separate bowl.
  4. Fold the wet ingredients into the dry mixture until just combined.

  6. Pour the pancake batter into your preheated skillet and swirl the cinnamon mixture on top.
  7. Cook until bubbles form on the pancake’s surface, then flip and cook until golden brown on both sides.
  8. Combine the powdered sugar with 1 tablespoon of milk until smooth, then drizzle it over the pancakes before serving.
