Instructions

  1. Mix together the rolled oats, coconut milk, vanilla extract, and maple syrup in a bowl.
  2. Cover the bowl and refrigerate overnight for best flavor and texture.
  3. Take the oats out of the fridge the next morning and give them a good stir.
  4. Add a splash more coconut milk if you prefer a creamier texture.
  5. Top your oats with shredded coconut before serving.
