Cookie Dough Overnight Oats

A nutritious and indulgent breakfast that transforms your morning oats into a delightful treat that tastes like cookie dough.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 3 tbsp vegan chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp peanut or almond butter
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups dairy-free milk
  • 1 scoop vegan protein powder

Instructions

  1. Combine the rolled oats, chia seeds, and vegan chocolate chips in a large bowl.
  2. Add your choice of peanut or almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, dairy-free milk, and the vegan protein powder.
  3. Stir until everything is well blended and smooth.
  4. Divide the mixture evenly into bowls or storage containers.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Notes

For added flavor, top with fresh fruit or a sprinkle of nuts and seeds. You can also experiment with different nut butters or sweeteners.
