Cottage Cheese and Banana Toast

A quick and nutritious breakfast combining creamy cottage cheese, sweet banana, and a drizzle of honey on wholegrain toast.

  • 2 slices wholegrain bread
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Toast the wholegrain bread until it’s golden brown and crisp.
  2. Spread a generous amount of cottage cheese over the warm toast.
  3. Slice the banana and arrange the pieces on top of the cottage cheese.
  4. Drizzle honey over the banana slices for a touch of sweetness.
  5. Finally, sprinkle chia seeds on top before serving.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh. Keep the components separate if storing leftovers.
