A quick and versatile cottage cheese flatbread perfect for wraps and mini pizzas.

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine cottage cheese, all-purpose flour, egg, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl until a dough forms.

  4. Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness.
  5. Transfer the rolled-out dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
