Cottage Cheese Oat Bake

A healthy and hearty breakfast option that combines cottage cheese and oats for a satisfying morning dish.

  • 400g cottage cheese
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 400g oats
  • Chia seeds, poppy seeds, or black sesame (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (about 400°F).
  2. In a large bowl, crack the eggs and mix them with cottage cheese, baking powder, and salt until everything is well combined.
  3. Stir in the oats until they’re fully integrated into the mixture.
  4. Transfer this mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. Top it off with your choice of chia seeds, poppy seeds, or black sesame for a delightful crunch.
  6. Bake for about 30 minutes, or until the dish is set and lightly golden.
  7. Once baked, let it cool slightly before slicing and diving in.

Notes
