Cowboy Breakfast Sliders

Delicious and hearty breakfast sliders made with scrambled eggs, ground pork sausage, and crispy bacon on soft Hawaiian rolls topped with melting cheddar cheese.

  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 6 scrambled eggs
  • 1 pound ground pork sausage
  • 6 slices crispy bacon
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Cook the ground pork sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned and fully cooked.
  2. Scramble the eggs until fluffy in another pan and set aside.
  3. Fry the bacon until crispy; lift it out and let it drain on paper towels.
  4. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally to create tops and bottoms for each slider.
  5. Layer the cooked sausage on the bottom half of each roll, followed by scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, and a generous topping of sharp cheddar cheese.
  6. Place the top halves of the rolls back on each slider.
  7. Bake in an oven preheated to 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes until the cheese is gooey and the sliders are heated through.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy your delicious creation!

Notes

To keep leftovers fresh, store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. Reheat in the oven for best results.
