Creamy Bacon Cheddar Bagels

Delicious bagels topped with a creamy mixture of cheese and bacon, perfect for breakfast, brunch, or a casual dinner.

  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Chopped chives (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  3. Spread the creamy mixture evenly over the cut sides of each bagel.
  4. Place the bagels on a baking sheet, cut side up, and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. Garnish with chopped chives if desired, and serve warm. Enjoy!
