Creamy Marry Me Chicken Ramen

A comforting one-pot dish featuring tender chicken, creamy broth, and slurpy ramen noodles, perfect for cozy weeknights.

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 packs of ramen noodles
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat.
  2. Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Add the chicken to the pot and cook for 6-7 minutes per side until browned.
  3. Remove the chicken from the pot and set it aside.
  4. In the same pot, add minced garlic and sliced mushrooms. Sauté until the mushrooms are tender.
  5. Pour in the chicken broth and soy sauce, then bring to a boil.
  6. Add ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions until tender.
  7. Reduce the heat and stir in the heavy cream.
  8. Slice the cooked chicken and return it to the pot, mixing everything together.
  9. Allow the dish to simmer for about 5 minutes to let the flavors meld beautifully.
  10. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
