Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Flatten the chicken breasts to ensure they cook evenly.
  3. In a bowl, beat the eggs until well blended.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  5. Dip each chicken breast into the egg mixture, letting the excess drip off.
  6. Coat the chicken thoroughly with the breadcrumb mixture.
  7. Lightly brush the coated chicken with olive oil.
  8. Arrange the chicken cutlets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  9. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and fully cooked.
  10. Serve hot with your choice of dipping sauce.

Notes

For a leaner option, swap chicken for turkey cutlets. For extra spice, add cayenne pepper to the breadcrumb mix.
