Crispy Air Fryer Chicken Cutlets

Enjoy deliciously crispy chicken cutlets made healthier in an air fryer with minimal oil.

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the egg until blended.
  4. Dip each chicken breast into the beaten egg, ensuring it’s fully coated.
  5. Press each chicken breast into the breadcrumb mixture for an even coating.
  6. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking oil.
  7. Arrange the chicken cutlets in the basket in a single layer.
  8. Air fry the cutlets for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and fully cooked.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy!

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days, or freeze for up to 3 months.
