Delightful breakfast sandwiches made with flaky croissants, fluffy eggs, savory ham, and crispy bacon.

  • 4 Croissants
  • 4 Eggs
  • 4 slices of Cheese (sharp cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 4 slices of Ham
  • 4 slices of Bacon
  • Favorite toppings (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Carefully slice the croissants in half to create a top and bottom.
  3. In a skillet, cook the eggs to your preference—scrambled, fried, or poached.
  4. If using bacon, cook it until crispy, then warm the ham in the same skillet or a separate one.
  5. Layer your sandwich by placing the cooked eggs on the croissant’s bottom half. Top with cheese, followed by warm ham and crispy bacon.
  6. Add any favorite toppings you desire.
  7. Close the sandwich and place them on a baking sheet. Bake for 5-10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

For a lighter option, consider using turkey instead of ham and egg whites instead of whole eggs. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for 2-3 days.
