  • 6 Eggs
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Cheese (your choice)
  • 2 cups Fresh vegetables (like spinach, tomatoes, and peppers)
  • 4 slices Bread or 4 Tortillas
  • Seasonings (salt, pepper, herbs)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your skillet over medium heat. If you like, toast your bread in the skillet until it’s golden brown.
  2. Whisk together eggs and milk in a mixing bowl until smooth. Stir in cheese, chopped vegetables, and seasonings.
  3. Pour the egg mixture into your hot skillet. Let it cook without stirring for about one minute to form a base.
  4. Gently stir the scramble with a spatula. Cook until the eggs are just set but still soft, around 3-5 minutes.
  5. Serve your delicious scramble either in a tortilla wrap or on a plate beside your toasted bread. Garnish with fresh herbs or an extra sprinkle of cheese if desired.
