Easy Breakfast Crunchwrap Delight

A delicious and versatile breakfast wrap filled with fluffy scrambled eggs, crispy bacon or sausage, and fresh veggies, all wrapped in a crunchy tortilla.

  • 4 large tortillas
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 1 cup cooked sausage or bacon (chopped)
  • 1 cup fresh veggies (diced bell peppers and onions)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • Hot sauce (to taste)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs until well combined.
  2. Pour the beaten eggs into a hot skillet. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until they’re fluffy and fully set.
  3. In the same skillet, toss in the chopped sausage or bacon. Cook until crispy, which should take around 5-7 minutes.
  4. Grab a large tortilla and start layering your ingredients: Begin with the scrambled eggs, followed by sausage or bacon, a generous sprinkle of cheddar cheese, diced veggies, a dollop of sour cream, and a dash of hot sauce.
  5. Carefully fold the tortilla into a parcel, tucking in the sides as you go to secure everything inside.
  6. Heat a skillet over medium heat and place the Crunchwrap seam-side down. Cook for about 3-4 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Carefully flip and repeat on the other side.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy with salsa or sliced avocado for an extra flavor boost!

Notes

For variations, consider adding layers of avocado, using different cheeses, or making it vegetarian by skipping the meat.
