Easy Breakfast Pizza

A quick and customizable breakfast pizza that’s perfect for busy mornings.

  • 1 pre-made pizza crust
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice)
  • 1/2 cup cooked breakfast sausage or bacon (optional)
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven based on the instructions for your pizza crust.
  2. Beat the eggs in a bowl, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Stir in the cooked sausage or bacon, diced bell peppers, and sliced green onions until well combined.
  4. Spread the egg mixture evenly over the pizza crust.
  5. Sprinkle your choice of cheese generously on top.
  6. Bake according to the crust package instructions, or until the eggs are set and the cheese is bubbling.
  7. Slice the pizza into pieces and serve warm.

Notes

Best served warm. Can be paired with fresh fruit or hash browns.
