Easy Breakfast Pizza

A delightful breakfast pizza featuring scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, and gooey cheese, perfect for brunch or a satisfying meal any time of the day.

  • 1 tube Refrigerated Pizza Crust (13.8 oz)
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 8 large Eggs
  • 1/3 cup Milk
  • 6 pieces Bacon
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar-Jack Cheese
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven according to the pizza crust package instructions.
  2. Roll out the refrigerated pizza crust onto a baking sheet, forming a smooth crust.
  3. Brush the surface of the crust with olive oil to create a nice golden finish.
  4. Whisk together the eggs and milk in a bowl until fully combined.
  5. Scramble the egg mixture in a skillet over medium heat until just set.
  6. Cook the bacon in the skillet until crispy, then chop it into bite-sized pieces.
  7. Spread the scrambled eggs evenly over the pizza crust.
  8. Sprinkle the crispy bacon pieces on top.
  9. Layer the shredded cheddar-jack cheese nicely over the pizza.
  10. Season generously with salt and pepper.
  11. Bake in the preheated oven until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling, about 15-20 minutes.
  12. Allow to cool slightly before slicing into wedges for serving.

Notes

For extra crispy crust, pre-bake the crust for about 5 minutes before adding toppings.
