Easy Breakfast Pizza

A delicious and quick breakfast pizza topped with eggs, cheese, and savory meats and veggies.

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup cheese (your choice)
  • 1 cup cooked breakfast sausage or bacon
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a baking sheet, ensuring it covers the surface evenly.
  3. Whisk together the eggs, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl until well combined.
  4. Spread your choice of cooked breakfast sausage or bacon over the dough.
  5. Add the diced green bell pepper and onion on top.
  6. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the layered ingredients.
  7. Top everything with your preferred cheese.
  8. Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the eggs are set.
  9. Allow the pizza to cool slightly before slicing it into wedges and serving.

Notes

For a crispier crust, pre-bake the pizza dough for 5 minutes before adding toppings.
