Easy French Dip Sliders

Delicious sliders made with juicy roast beef and gooey provolone cheese, perfect for gatherings and quick weeknight meals.

Ingredients

  • Slider buns
  • Roast beef
  • Provolone cheese
  • Au jus (beef broth)
  • Butter
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the slider buns in half horizontally and arrange the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  3. Layer generous amounts of roast beef across the buns, followed by slices of provolone cheese.
  4. Place the top halves of the buns over the cheese and beef layers.
  5. In a small bowl, mix melted butter with garlic powder and onion powder, then brush this mixture generously over the tops of the buns.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the tops of the buns turn golden brown.
  7. Heat the au jus in a saucepan or microwave until warm. Serve the sliders hot alongside the au jus for dipping.

Notes

Experiment with different cheeses or add sautéed onions for extra flavor. Use quality ingredients for the best taste.
