Easy French Dip Sliders

These Easy French Dip Sliders feature tender deli roast beef and provolone cheese on warm, buttery rolls, served with a rich beef broth for dipping.

Ingredients

  • Slider rolls
  • Deli roast beef
  • Provolone cheese
  • Beef broth
  • Onion (optional)
  • Butter
  • Garlic powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Split the slider rolls in half.
  3. Generously layer the bottom halves with deli roast beef, followed by slices of provolone cheese on top.
  4. Place the top halves of the rolls snugly over the cheese.
  5. In a small saucepan, combine the beef broth with diced onion (if using), garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Heat until the mixture is simmering.
  6. Brush the tops of the slider rolls with melted butter for a beautiful golden finish.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes, until the cheese melts and the tops are delightfully golden brown.
  8. Serve the sliders warm, alongside the beef broth for dipping.

Notes

For added flavor, consider caramelizing the onions before layering. You can substitute provolone with mozzarella or Swiss cheese. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
