Deliciously gooey provolone, juicy roast beef, and warm, savory broth make these sliders irresistible.

Ingredients

  • Slider buns
  • Thinly sliced roast beef
  • Provolone cheese
  • Beef broth
  • Onion (optional)
  • Garlic powder
  • Butter
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the slider buns in half and arrange the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  3. Layer the sliced roast beef evenly over the buns.
  4. Follow with a generous helping of provolone cheese.
  5. Put the top halves of the buns over the cheese layer.
  6. In a small saucepan, heat the beef broth and add garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste.
  7. Pour the seasoned broth over the sliders, making sure they’re well-saturated.
  8. Melt some butter and brush it generously over the tops of the sliders.
  9. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  10. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown. Serve immediately with extra beef broth on the side for dipping.

Notes

For added flavor, mix in some Worcestershire sauce into the beef broth. Consider adding sautéed onions or switching cheeses for variation.
