Easy Keto Bagels

Delicious low-carb bagels that satisfy cravings with doughy goodness, perfect for breakfast or a snack.

  • 1 ½ cups almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix the dry ingredients. In a bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and a pinch of salt.
  3. Melt the cream cheese. Use a microwave or stovetop until it’s smooth.
  4. Combine the ingredients. Pour the melted cream cheese into the dry ingredients, add the eggs, and mix until you have a cohesive dough.
  5. Shape the bagels. Divide the dough into four equal pieces. Roll each piece into a bagel shape and create a hole in the center.
  6. Place on the baking sheet. Arrange the shaped bagels on your prepared baking sheet.
  7. Bake them. Put the bagels in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until they’re golden brown.
  8. Cool before serving. Let them cool on a rack before enjoying!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week or freeze for up to a month. Reheat in the toaster or microwave.
