Easy Sausage Breakfast Casserole

A hearty and satisfying breakfast casserole with layers of crescent roll dough, spicy sausage, fluffy eggs, and melty cheddar cheese, perfect for busy mornings or family brunches.

  • 1 pound mild breakfast sausage
  • 6 eggs (blended)
  • 2 heaping cups of shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the sausage until fully cooked. Be sure to drain any excess grease.
  3. Stretch the crescent dough across the bottom of the greased baking dish.
  4. Spread the browned sausage evenly over the crescent dough.
  5. Pour the blended eggs over the sausage layer, ensuring even distribution.
  6. Top with the shredded cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes, or until the cheese is golden brown and the eggs have set.
