Ferrero Rocher Protein Overnight Oats

A delectable and protein-packed breakfast that combines the flavors of chocolate and hazelnuts, inspired by Ferrero Rocher chocolates.

  • 50 g Oats (½ cup)
  • 30 g Chocolate Protein Powder (¼ cup)
  • 125 ml Milk (½ cup)
  • 80 g Yoghurt (¼ cup)
  • 10 g Chopped Hazelnuts (1 tbsp)
  • 10 g Puffed Rice (1 tbsp)
  • 20 g Dark Chocolate (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl or jar, combine the oats, chocolate protein powder, milk, and yogurt.
  2. Stir well until the mixture is smooth and free of clumps.
  3. Top with chopped hazelnuts and puffed rice for that delightful crunch.
  4. If you’re feeling extra indulgent, drizzle melted dark chocolate on top.
  5. Cover tightly and refrigerate overnight or for at least four hours to let the oats soak up all those delicious flavors.

Notes

Feel free to use Greek yogurt for extra creaminess or substitute regular milk with almond milk for a dairy-free option.
