Frozen Yogurt Granola Cups with Berries

Cool and creamy Frozen Yogurt Granola Cups, perfect for breakfast, a snack, or a healthy dessert.

  • 1 cup granola
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (vanilla or plain)
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • Honey or maple syrup (optional, for added sweetness)

Instructions

  1. Start by lining a muffin tin with cupcake liners or silicone molds.
  2. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of granola into each liner and gently press it down.
  3. Add 2 tablespoons of yogurt on top of the granola layer, smoothing it with the back of a spoon.
  4. Top each yogurt layer with fresh berries.
  5. Place the muffin tin in the freezer for at least 120 minutes, until the cups are firm.
  6. Once set, carefully peel away the liners or molds. Enjoy your homemade Frozen Yogurt Granola Cups!

Notes

Press the granola firmly for a stable base. Use fresh, ripe berries for best results.
